Web Services KPIs

I was tasked with visualizing the 2025 sucesses of the Web Services team as well as its vision for the future. This piece was conceived as an executive summary of my team's long term planning in order to garner support and buy in from university leadership. Working with the Executive Director of the team, I created a graphic record of our accomplishments and translated abstract technical achievements into easily understandable charts and visualizations.
